Item #7-3711-149-xx
Mother Nature is the artist's greatest muse, with the use of vivid colors and spectacular shapes. For this mixed metal and natural gemstone ring, it was the beauty of Acadia National Park that lent perfect inspiration. A unakite gemstone, carved in the shape of an autumn leaf, is framed by a sterling silver overlay and embraced by two copper leaves. Along the shank, sterling silver leaves sprout around your finger and on the top of the gemstone leaf rests a charming brass ladybug for good luck. Measures 7/8" long x 3/4" wide. Made in the USA.
Like all fine jewelry, Carolyn Pollack jewelry should be handled carefully. Store jewelry in a plastic bag, dry and wrapped in tissue paper, when not being worn or displayed. Clean sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth when necessary, but never subject to chlorine, silver dips, chemical solutions or ultrasonic cleaners, as these substances can cause the gemstones to discolor. Never wear jewelry in a swimming pool.
Evoking the rich and varied personality of a great American forest, leaves of copper, brass and sterling silver twist happily with the motion of a New England breeze. Unakite's earthy beauty is accented by crisp peridot, and brass ladybugs creep up gemstone and mixed metal leaves.
