A favorite collection with an updated look. Deep purple amethyst briolette gemstones create the centerpieces of these jewel-toned styles. With accents of opal, apatite and amethyst, these designs have been created by designer Carolyn Pollack as bold, sophisticated accents for your evening looks.
Like all fine jewelry, Carolyn Pollack Sterling Silver Jewelry should be handled carefully. Store jewelry in a plastic bag, dry and wrapped in tissue paper, when not being worn or displayed. Clean sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth when necessary, but never subject to chlorine, silver dips, chemical solutions or ultrasonic cleaners, as these substances can cause the natural gemstones to discolor. Never wear jewelry in a swimming pool.

The cut of the stone lends to its beauty as the light plays off the cuts. The smaller stones are a lovely compliment to the amethyst. The big, bold stone feels so cool and smooth against the skin and is very tactile, somewhat like a worry stone. I love that it can be placed on beaded or thicker chains. It has heft (that IMO would not make it as stunning on a very fine, delicate chain). This enhancer is very versatile and is excellent quality. It is much prettier in person. The only con that I have is that despite the excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, and being made here in the U.S.A., it seems just a tad pricey. I waited all February for it to go on sale but never found it to be so (birthstone for Feb.), so I had to use my anniversary gift coupon. Thank you.
