Southwest Flavor is a recipe and story book published by New Mexico Magazine. Adela Amador is a native New Mexican and publishes "Southwest Flavor" a popular column in New Mexico magazine since 1993. Adela shares more than 70 of her favorite recipes ranging from traditional enchiladas and tamales to new discoveries like paella.
