The naja usually found as a part of the favorite Squash Blossom Necklace, the Najah (Najahe, "Crescent")is a crescent-shaped silver ornament. The naja is the centerpiece of this bold turquoise nugget necklace. To the native people of the desert southwest, turquoise, or the sky stone, represented the eternal heavens, a source of life giving sun and precious renewing rain. Turquoise is also said to bring good luck to the wearer. Necklace is adjustable from 15 to 19 inches L and secures with lobster claw closure. Made in New Mexico, USA.
