Milky Aquamarine and Silver Jewelry Pendant Enhancer

One Size ONLY

Influenced by the many art forms that touch our lives in the Southwest the deeply carved sterling silver jewelry designs of this elegant milky aquamarine pendant enhancer were inspired by a beautiful blanket weaving. The milky aquamarine beads are perfect against silvers cool gleam. Great March birthstone gift! Enhancer measures 3-1/2" long (from top of bail) x 1/2" wide and bail will fit over beads up to 11 mm. Made in America with gemstones from around the world.

In the quiet calm of dusk, the billowing clouds turn icy teal with the last gentle glow of sunlight. The day's worries fade away and new ideas are realized with the tranquility of kyanite and the soothing effects of blue chalcedony and milky aquamarine, the featured genuine stones of the Desert Dusk sterling jewelry collection.

• Milky aquamarine's soothing, sea-blue color generates calming effects and mental clarity. Known as the modern birthstone for March and the alternative birthstone for October, aquamarine originates from South America, Asia, and Europe.
• Kyanite, the stone of meditation, calms the mind and helps to bring perspective and clarity. Kyanite derives from the Greek word kyanos, meaning blue. It stimulates the flow of energy, concentration power, communication abilities, and mental exercises.
• Blue chalcedony balances the mind, body, and soul, promoting social harmony and alleviating tension and hostility. Referred to as the stone of compassion and goodwill, blue chalcedony fosters generosity and openness. The stone also provides mental flexibility and the ability to learn new languages.

Influenced by the Southwestern craftsmanship of jewelers and silversmiths, the Desert Dusk collection features genuine stones and beads framed by sterling silver stampwork, a process of decorating silver with punches. The punch, or stamp, is held in one hand and hit repeatedly with a hammer held in the other until the design is impressed in the silver. Many of the Desert Dusk sterling pieces showcase the blanket pattern, inspired by a Southwestern blanket weaving.

In contrast to bolder, stamped designs, intricate, hand strung beaded jewelry offer a rich combination of the genuine stones that wash the Southwest desert sky at dusk.

The dreamy hues of blue cabochons and beads naturally complement chocolate brown, charcoal, teal, and neutral wardrobe pieces. Made in America, Desert Dusk designer jewelry reflects the transforming colors of the Southwestern sky as day turns to night.

Like all fine jewelry, Carolyn Pollack Sterling Silver Jewelry should be handled carefully. Store jewelry in a plastic bag, dry and wrapped in tissue paper, when not being worn or displayed. Clean sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth when necessary, but never subject to chlorine, silver dips, chemical solutions or ultrasonic cleaners, as these substances can cause the genuine gemstones to discolor. Never wear jewelry in a swimming pool.
