Thank you for your interest! We’re excited to welcome you to our design and production facility where you can see up close where our beautiful jewelry is created by our talented artisans.

All tours are subject for approval, once approved the contact will receive a confirmation email two weeks prior to the tour date. Special dress requirements are closed toe shoes and no loose or flowing clothing. All personal items (purses, backpacks…) must be left in vehicle. No cameras, flip cams, or other recording devices are allowed in the factory. All attendees must fill out a liability/image release form which you can download or copies will be available when you arrive. Tour questions can be directed to factorytour@carolynpollack.com

Tours are available year round: Wednesday and Friday at 2:00pm

During Balloon Fiesta Week tours are available: 9-10am daily

Please be aware that tours will not take place during designated black out dates.

Tours require a minimum of four people.
