Bill Pollack started Relios, the parent company of Carolyn Pollack Jewelry, in 1973. Relios has been a jewelry vendor on home-shopping network QVC since its launch in 1987, and in the last twenty years more than 250,000 people have purchased Relios’ designs through QVC. Carolyn joined Bill in 1994, bringing to Relios her vibrant spirit, bold personal style and expertise in design. Under their direction, Carolyn Pollack Jewelry has become one of the top-selling jewelry brands on QVC, which reaches more than 95 million households in the United States. Carolyn’s designs are available online at CarolynPollack.com and in two retail locations, at the ABQ Uptown mall in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas.

Bill and Carolyn Pollack are long-time collectors of Native American art and are committed to promoting cutting-edge Native American design and positioning native artisans as designers in the jewelry world. They have partnered with acclaimed Native American designers Roderick Tenorio, Fritz Casuse, Veronica Benally, Cody Sanderson, Myron Panteah, Wanesia Misquadace, Veronica Poblano and Cippy CrazyHorse, licensing their designs to be manufactured in the company’s Albuquerque production studio. Through QVC and Carolyn Pollack Jewelry’s other retail channels, the designs of these talented artists have been introduced to an international audience.
Today more than 220 associates are employed in Carolyn Pollack Jewelry’s production facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2011, the company created 577 new designs and shipped more than 650,000 units. Even as it grows, Carolyn Pollack Jewelry remains committed to environmentally responsible manufacturing. For the last twelve years, 100 percent of the silver used in Carolyn’s designer sterling jewelry has been reclaimed from industrial processes, ensuring that no new mining takes place to supply Relios with silver. All Carolyn Pollack Jewelry is made in the USA in Carolyn and Bill’s Albuquerque production facility where environmentally friendly procedures can be observed closely and maintained.
